Weekly Rental Rates for Manoir La Breuille 2012

Included in the rental rate

• Bed linen (beds are made upon arrival)
• Towels
  Pool towels are not included, please bring your own
• Gas, water, electricity in high season*
• Final cleaning

*In Low and Mid Season Gas, water and electricity costs will be calculated according to usage

 

Rental period

La Breuille can be rented from Saturday 16.00 h. till Saturday 10.00 h.

 

Safety

The safety deposit is 500 € (to be paid upon arrival)

 

Baby bed and high chair

A baby bed and a high chair are available (no extra costs)

 

Animals

The house is not suitable for animals

 

Payment

• 30% within 2 weeks after confirmation of the reservation 
• 70% within 8 weeks before arrival
  
• Failure to make these payments will result in the reservation being cancelled

 

Cancellation fee 

• More than 12 weeks before arrival: 25% of the rent
• More than 8 weeks before arrival: 50% of the rent
• Less than 8 weeks before arrival: 100% of the rent
